Get a look at our first entry in a new series about ESO add-ons.
ESO already has a wonderful (and growing) group of add-on authors, and we love to see the great things they’re doing. To put their efforts into the spotlight, we’ll be showcasing a new add-on periodically, starting today with our very first feature: Wykkyd’s Framework.
This add-on comes bundled with tons of functionality for players and developers both. One of the best things about Wykkyd’s Framework is how configurable it is—you can choose to use only the options you want and turn off anything you don’t like.
For players, the Framework includes keybindable chat command macros (for emotes, add-on commands, and similar instructions), new display options for health and other resources, an auto-sheathe feature, a chat background and associated options, Bazgrim’s NPC subtitles, and the ability to display looted items in the chat window. It also comes packed with Bazgrim’s Toolbar, which allows you to display tons of character-related info—like the XP bar, bag space, research timers, and much more—in a tidy UI element. There are even more options packed into this add-on, so check it out.
The Framework additionally includes functionality designed to support add-on development. If you’re interested in using it to help create your own add-on, make sure to check out the API developer’s guide linked in the description.
You can learn more about Wykkyd’s Framework and download it from ESOUI.
