These three fragments will be available throughout 2023 for purchase with Event Tickets from the Impresario during any of ESO’s in-game events. Once you have all three fragments, combine them from your Collections UI to gain access to the pet.
As a morphing collectible, the Passion Dancer Blossom pet can also be combined with other unique fragments to summon a different collectible event reward each quarter of this year, starting with the Passion’s Muse personality.
