The Tamriel Chronicle, Issue #81

03/17/2015

The Chronicle returns with another collection of excellent ESO fan creations.

We've been scurrying across the web and checking out your submissions in our community mailbox, and we've come up with yet another great showcase of fan creations. We love seeing the art, fiction, and all the other creative endeavors that ESO inspires you to undertake, and we love sharing them even more. Check them out, and don't forget to take a peek at the great community-organized events that are coming up, too!

If you have a favorite fan creation (or you've made something awesome, yourself), we'd love to see it. Send it in to community@elderscrollsonline.com and we'll give it a look.

A Verified MonsterBy Chem on TESO-RP

An angry creak of old wood from the Residence Hall door and a metallic click of a lock still echoed in one very resolute Khajiit's mind. Somewhere in Greenshade, warm sunlight tried to ply fears from a cat that had laid herself down in a far too cheerful field of tall grass and wild flowers. A conversation with her masked Mer of a mage-fellow replayed over, over, over, a million times over in her head. It remained the same. Same outcome, same dialog, same kick to the teeth.

Between Before and AfterBy Housecade on TESO-RP

“A drapery of cold, tiny balls of water clung to the outside of the mug of ale. As Kajja watched, several of the balls condensed into a single drop which began to slide down the side, picking up speed until it broke, splattering, onto the hot and dry wooden bar. Everything in this desert was hot and dry. She lifted the slick mug for another drink, and had to tilt it back farther than the dewy outside suggested. She hadn't quite remembered having that much, or so quickly. This was only her.... Well, she couldn't quite recall what number this mug was. It didn't matter, though. She was in the sweet spot."

The Stories of Jorn Axebreaker: The Warrior and the SnakeBy Rykoth on TESO-RP

Once there was a proud young warrior. A youth, handsome, only a few years removed from being considered 'of age' to pick up a sword and fight. This youth was adequate with a blade, but was far more interested in using his voice to weave together tales and woo the pretty lasses nearby in Windhelm. He grew up on a farm, raised by a proud father and mother. Both were warriors, and yet both encouraged the young warrior's imagination to run wild. And so he lived happily as a free spirit is [known] to do, often spending his time finding his way into lasses' beds or spending his days with a huntress that he called his best friend.
