Public testing has begun for Update 6. Try out the Champion and Justice Systems and more!
Update 6 is bringing tons of new features and improvements to ESO, and you can help us test it right now. Just patch up your PTS client (instructions here) and log in! Here are some of the new changes you'll be able to test:
- The Champion System, a new way for veteran players to improve their characters
- The Justice System, which brings crime—and its repercussions—to Tamriel
- Gameplay and balance updates, including many ability changes
- An overhaul of the provisioning skill
- Collections, a new storage system for pets, mounts, and costumes
- Many bug fixes and other improvements, like our revamped tutorial
Characters from the North American megaserver have been copied over and are waiting for you! We'll be copying over European megaserver characters in the future, but in the meantime, you'll be able to use a VR 14 template to see all the new updates.
We're planning some testing events on the PTS, too! You'll be able to join us to play with the developers in Cyrodiil, gather with others to commit nefarious deeds while testing the Justice System, and even help test the Crown Store (we especially want to hear what kinds of items you'd like to see in it). We'll post details about these events on the forums, so don't miss out!
